We provide the following maximum capacity numbers as a general guideline. It is our recommendation that any children under the age of 3 have constant adult supervision.

With the 24 hour (overnight) rental, we drop-off the bouncer between 8am and 11am and then don't return to pick it up until the next morning. When would I not get to keep it overnight?
We reserve the right to cancel the overnight portion of any rental, at any time, if we have reason to believe that our property is at risk of theft, damage, or due to inclement weather. Are the bouncers clean and safe?
Yes. All units are thoroughly cleaned between each rental. We are committed to making sure your children have a clean, healthy, and safe environment in which to play. In addition to cleaning, we also safety check and troubleshoot all equipment before it goes out to another customer. You will be asked to sign the rental agreement after the installer has set up your unit and walked you around it to verify that the equipment is in good working order. Can you set up indoors?
Yes. We can set up the bouncer in gymnasiums or any other indoor area that can accommodate the height (ave. 16’) of the bounce. We can also set up the bouncer on asphalt or concrete. We place a tarp under the bounce, but we prefer to place them on level grassy areas for safety reasons. How much room do I need?
This depends on the bouncer you choose. Specific space requirements are indicated on the page for each bouncer. At a a minimum
, we require an area of 20’ x 20’ that is semi-level, clear of any rocks, sticks, pet droppings, roots, etc. that could puncture the bounce is required. Please check with our office as all units will vary in size. Also, if you have an in-ground sprinkler system, please ensure that it is turned off and the sprinkler heads will not engage. Does it need electricity?
Yes. Your electrical outlet needs to be within 100 feet of the inflatable (maximum distance). If you do not have power close by, a generator can be rented along with your bouncer at an additional cost. Do you provide an attendant?
No. It is the responsibility of the renter to watch the bouncer and ensure the safety of all participants. Any damage, theft, or personal injury to any person(s) that should occur during your rental will be solely at the renters expense as defined fully in our rental agreement. Is there a delivery charge and can you deliver without my being there?
There is a delivery fee on all our inflatables. Fees vary by town, call our office for current rates. The delivery fee quoted is to a level yard within a reasonable distance from our vehicles. Additional delivery charges will occur for "difficult" delivery locations, excessive distance for loading and unloading of trucks, or if specific delivery and pickup times are requested. Delivery fees quoted are subject to change after site inspection and are up to our staff discretion.
We will deliver whether you are home or not. It is not required that you be home, however, it is YOUR responsibility to mark out clearly where you want the bouncer to be placed. If site is unmarked, our staff will place the bouncer using their best discretion. What happens if I need to cancel my order?
Deposits are refundable up to 72-hours (3 days) prior to rental date. NO refund will be given, for any reason, after this time EXCEPT for day-of weather related cancellations (see below) which are only determined on the morning of the rental and will be determined by our staff
. Such weather related cancellations will result in complete refund of any deposit or priority re-booking to a new date. No refund
will be provided once the inflatable is delivered and set up. What if it is windy or rainy on the day of my reservation?
Living in New England we understand that the weather can change quickly. WE DO NOT DELIVER BOUNCE HOUSES IF IT IS RAINING! If this occurs the morning of your rental we will contact you to reschedule your reservation for another day or to provide you with a full refund (your choice).
If it is NOT raining during our delivery time of 7am to 10am, however, the local forecast is calling for high winds or rain around the time of your event, YOU can contact us (prior to 8:00am) to reschedule your reservation for another day or to provide a full refund of your deposit. Please understand that rescheduling is based on our availability for the new date requested. We will not refund/reschedule any bouncer rental unless rain and/or heavy winds are forecast for that day. YOU must contact our office by 8am to cancel, no refund will be provided once the inflatable has already been delivered and set up.
If using our bouncer and you encounter rain and/or high winds, calmly and quickly have all participants exit the inflatable. Once it is empty, unplug the blower and allow the unit to deflate, and then cover the unit with a tarp (provided by us). Once the weather passes you can re-inflate the unit and continue using it. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE THE UNIT IN HEAVY RAIN OR HIGH WINDS!
